Video Producer Intern
Role Description
As a Video Producer Intern at Provoke, you join our media team and own video across the full production process. You'll work across Provoke's own media projects as well as Armin Shah's media projects — the talk show formats Convo Talkshow and Kick 't met (Ziggo). You understand how to prepare a production, what a shoot needs, and how to set everything up properly on location. Camera, lighting and audio are familiar territory. On a shoot day you take ownership independently and make sure the footage comes out clean and professional. Your biggest focus is shooting, camera and production. On top of that, you can edit your own work in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar. You work across sport, culture and the communities shaping both — turning moments into content that moves fast and lands with impact.

Who We Are
Provoke is a creative research laboratory and production house based in Amsterdam. We work at the intersection of sport, fashion, media, music, entertainment and the communities shaping culture today. For more than a decade, we have studied culture from the inside. Across 36+ cities in Europe and beyond, we have researched how young people move, think, dress, connect, create, and consume. That research is the foundation of everything we do. It helps us understand not just what is happening, but why it is happening, and where culture is heading next. Through Provoke, we turn that cultural understanding into strategy, activations, campaigns, and productions for brands and institutions, including FIFA, Nike, Snipes, Alpha Industries, Amazon Prime, Puma, and CAF. We value doers over talkers. Execution over promise. Action over fluff. If you care about culture, understand the speed of change and want to help turn sharp ideas into real-world impact, you will feel right at home at Provoke.
