Role Description

As a Production Intern at Provoke, you support the delivery of creative projects, from kick-off to wrap-up. You’ll assist producers in organizing the moving parts behind shoots, campaigns, and content production. Your role is hands-on, detail-focused, and essential to making ideas come to life. From location sourcing to freelancer coordination and timeline tracking, you help turn creative vision into real output.

You’ll work across a variety of projects for clients like FIFA, Nike, Snipes, and Alpha Industries. Your work will give you a real-world view into how productions are built and how great planning and resourcefulness power execution.

What You’ll Do

• Support producers in setting up and updating project timelines, task trackers, and budgets

• Assist in preparing for kick-off meetings and aligning teams around project objectives

• Help source and coordinate talent, freelancers, locations, and production partners

• Support with call sheets, schedules, logistics planning, and day-to-day production coordination

• Assist during shoots and production days — handling checklists, logistics, and team needs

• Organize files, deliverables, and documentation for internal use and client delivery

• Monitor project progress and help flag timing, budget, or delivery risks

What You Bring

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• A proactive, reliable mindset, you take initiative, stay on top of tasks, and ask the right questions

• Interest in creative production, project workflows, and how campaigns get made

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Clear communication skills in English

• Basic familiarity with tools like Milanote, Monday, or Google Drive is a bonus
