Role Description

As an Art Direction Intern at Provoke, you support the creative team by bringing visual thinking to life. From moodboards to visual storytelling and deck building, you help shape how ideas are presented, felt, and understood. You’re someone with a strong eye, fast intuition, and a love for visuals that speak with meaning. Whether it’s finding powerful image references, building decks, or supporting the development of visual identities, you help turn creative direction into sharp, well-composed visual formats. Expect to work on projects for global brands like FIFA, Nike, Alpha Industries, and Snipes.

What You’ll Do

• Create visually compelling moodboards and decks that bring strategy and concepts to life

• Research and curate image references that elevate visual storytelling and strengthen creative narratives

• Support the development of visual directions for campaigns, brands, and content formats alongside Art Directors and Creatives

• Translate abstract ideas into clear, structured visual compositions with rhythm and logic

• Work closely with strategists, creatives, and producers to refine and shape ideas throughout the process

What You Bring

• A sharp eye for visuals — from layout and type to composition and aesthetic storytelling

• Fluency with tools like Keynote, Adobe or Figma to bring visual thinking into clear, polished form

• Enthusiasm for digging into visual research and building strong image references

• A keen interest in branding, design, fashion, and the visual languages that shape culture

• A hands-on, reliable mindset, you're proactive, detail-oriented, and quick to take initiative

• Clear, thoughtful communication skills in English
