Brand Partnership (Account) Manager
Job Description
Our Brand Partnership Manager drives strategic partnerships, marketing initiatives, and client relationships that fuel Provoke's growth and creative excellence. This role combines proactive business development, hands-on project involvement, marketing activation, and informed creative judgment to deliver projects that are commercially viable, culturally relevant, and aligned with the client's ask. As a bridge between clients, the creative team, and project managers. The Brand Partnership Manager ensures alignment, feasibility, and positive sentiment throughout all phases of each engagement.
Responsibilities
1. Ongoing Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary relationship owner for clients, maintaining close contact throughout project execution.
Proactively monitor client sentiment by clarifying expectations, holding informal check-ins, and sharing project milestones to surface potential issues early.
Be present in key meetings and check-ins to ensure the client’s requests are clearly understood and aligned with Provoke's scope, feasibility, and creative standards.
2. Project Oversight & Execution Alignment
Stay fully informed on the status of all active projects, including deliverables, timelines, budgets, and key milestones.
Evaluate creative ideas from both clients and internal teams to ensure feasibility within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
Facilitate transparent communication between creative, production, and client teams to align expectations and avoid misunderstandings.
Identify and address risks early, document decisions, and ensure all parties are informed of changes and implications.
Monitor budget performance and profitability of clients and projects, proactively flagging issues.
3. Strategic Partnership Development & New Business
Identify and pursue partnership and upsell opportunities in line with client strategies and Provoke’s growth objectives.
Develop tailored proposals and pitch materials to secure new collaborations.
Collaborate closely with Sales Partners to maintain an accurate pipeline and support business development efforts.
4. Pipeline & Sales Alignment
Work closely with Sales Partners to coordinate prospecting activities, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
Keep CRM systems and pipeline trackers up to date with partnership status, client conversations, and next steps.
Share regular updates with leadership on progress against revenue and growth targets.
5. Marketing & Brand Visibility
Collaborate with internal teams to shape campaigns that communicate Provoke’s capabilities and culture to prospective clients.
Support the planning and activation of events, partnerships, and other brand-building initiatives.
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to inform continuous improvement.
Who Are You?
3-10 years in partnerships, business development, or client services within creative, media, or marketing environments.
Solid understanding of creative development processes, production workflows, and what drives feasibility.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in pipeline management and revenue growth.
Confident communicator who can translate complex creative and production considerations into clear recommendations.
Skilled at managing senior client relationships and aligning internal teams.
Excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
Highly organized and proactive in managing details.
