We partnered with FIFA to map European football fandom across 6 countries and 15 cities — conducting 500+ interviews to create a consumer segmentation report that now guides how FIFA deepens loyalty and unlocks new audiences.

After the European research work, we built a consumer-first framework that moves FIFA from a one-size-fits-all approach to a truly fan-centric strategy — tailoring products, content, and experiences to distinct fan types and engaging them through the touchpoints that matter most, ensuring FIFA meets consumers where they are and stays relevant across football, culture, and lifestyle.
We’re redefining the FIFA Store into a 365 platform — a space that connects football to culture, lifestyle, and identity. Positioned as the home of football culture, it extends the game’s energy beyond matchday — influencing what people wear, how they express themselves, and how they stay connected to football every single day of the year.
